僕は今、Win8を使えるが、これかもしれません： Regedit ＞ HKEY_CURRENT_USER ＞ CONTROL PANEL > カーソルと Mouse オプションがたくさんあります。Contact Visualization がゼロにセット、波紋が消えるはずです。遅延はMouseSpeedで変えるはずです。
僕の日本語がまだ悪いですね。（＾＿＾）
波紋はすぐ消せて、遅延も体感的にはなくなったのですが
どうしても Aeroテーマ を切らなくてはならないみたいで
インターフェイスがすごい寂しくなってしまいました…。
描けないよりはマシですが…、他の方法あるのかな～。
レジストリは怖くていじれません…！
今だに、タブペンのホバーとみぎクリックをすると、丸が出ます （；－；）
Windowsはタブペンのことが嫌いと思います
